Understanding User Needs
Through internal discussions and indirect user feedback, we identified gaps in clarity, navigation, and content structure. The challenge was to simplify complex information about programs and enrollment for non-technical users, particularly parents.
Designing for Behavior-Driven Navigation
Using principles of behavioral design, I planned and redesigned 10+ website pages, each with 7–12 key content sections. The layout emphasized intuitive flow, emotional reassurance, and clarity, designed specifically for both students and parents.
Prototyping & User Testing
Created high-fidelity prototypes based on multiple wireframe iterations, followed by internal usability reviews and stakeholder testing. The designs were improved through this loop before proceeding to handoff.
Collaboration with IT Teams
I collaborated with Product Managers and both frontend and backend developers to ensure smooth handoff via Figma and Trello. Key attention was given to consistent visual components and accessibility.
